HEPYC offers one of the widest ranges of threading tools, machine taps, rolling taps, dies, thread gauges, threaded inserts and threading accessories on the market.

Manufactured with high quality materials such as High Speed Steel HSS (M2), High Speed Cobalt Steel HSSE (M35) and Powder Metallurgy Steel HSSE-PM (ASP).

To boost tool performance, we apply MICROFINISCH technology to our taps, and state-of-the-art coatings and treatments such as VAP, NIT, TiN, TiCN, CrN and HL.

Our threading taps are designed with geometries under DIN, ISO and JIS international standards and our own manufacturing standards
