We know how important it is for our distributors' staff to be properly trained to sell cutting tools, at Hepyc we have devised bespoke training courses for our customers' technical and sales staff.
The courses are given by Hepyc's technical and sales staff on site at the distributor's premises, and spend 3 to or 4 hours teaching them the theoretical and practical concepts needed to sell cutting tools and solve any problems that may arise in the machining process.
These training courses can be backed up with factory visits to see the entire cutting tool production process in person.
As a result, our sales network is well-trained and highly-motivated to sell our cutting tools professionaly and with all the necessary technical know-how.
