The new ZOLLOER ThreadCheck has arrived

At the end of 2022 we share with all of you the arrival of the new ZOLLER ThreadCheck!!!.

After adapting the facilities of our new technical department and preparing it not only for the arrival of ZOLLER, but also to be able to better manage both design and quality controls, we finally installed the new machine.

ThreadCheck is ZOLLER's high-end universal measuring machine for the precise measurement of machining tools with chip removal, including special tooth flank geometries.

We can highlight the following characteristics:

• Very accurate. Six CNC axes and rotatable multi-sensor optics »orthoScan« for fully automatic and distortion-free measurement of threading tools
• Extensive. Large selection of modular and photographic reality measurement programs, including special thread measurement programs
• Safe. Tailor-made software modules and interfaces for perfect processes

With this machine we will obtain a fully automatic and distortion-free measurement of threading tools with image processing technology. From the complete inspection of the tool, through the measurement independent of the user and with precision of µm, up to the recording in a detailed protocol of the measurement results. Thanks to the software modules and customized interfaces we will obtain perfect processes.

We continue the path we started years ago. Our objective: to manufacture quality taps, innovate, and have a portfolio with the range of tools necessary for demanding machining, both for our national market and internationally.
