Antivibration geometry: the key is in the tip

The antivibration tip prevents the countersink from repeatedly striking the workpiece during machining. By eliminating that constant impact, the cutting edge wears less, holds its cutting geometry for longer, and the finish on every countersunk hole is cleaner and more uniform.

For the most demanding materials: steels up to 1,400 N/mm², stainless steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and plastics, titanium alloys and superalloys, and hard materials up to 60 HRC.
