Hepyc: how to be in good health at 75 years old

What do Coca-Cola, Aspirin, IBM, Audi... and Hepyc have in common?

That in all cases they are companies created more than seventy-five years ago and remain in first line in innovation and market recognition.

And it is that this year, Hepyc celebrates its 75th anniversary, remaining the Spanish leader in threading taps and one of the most outstanding brands in cutting tools in general. An excellent business health that is verified thanks to its more than 6.5 million euros in turnover in 2021, which represents an increase of 15% compared to the previous year. Added to this data are others such as its 2,500 distributors spread over 48 countries and an export quota of 30% of its total production.

But these good symptoms have their origin in efficient management, a developed customer service client and an investment in machinery and equipment for R+D+i that has reached 2 million euros since 2017.

In recent years Hepyc has specialized as industry 4.0 with a manufacturing system robotized that, together with its laboratory and a Warehouse Management System (W.M.S.) guarantee excellence in quality and service certified by the ISO 9001:2015 quality seal. That's why we celebrate years in such good condition. That is why it is a year to celebrate. A year also to thank the loyalty of our customers and the commitment of our 60 professionals, including employees and commercial network, who make unimaginable milestones come true back in 1947. Because today we can send an order to Paris and arrive at its destination in just 16 hours, or to Singapore in 4 days or to increase the threading production of our clients by 27% more or to resolve 95% of the queries received in the first call.
