The privacy policy described below applies only to this website, which is deemed to include all pages and sub-pages included in the domain www.hepyc.com. HEPYC shall not be liable for the different privacy and data protection policies of any websites accessed through the links located on this website that are not directly managed by our webmaster.

HEPYC wishes to inform users of this website that this declaration reflects the data protection policy observed by HEPYC. This policy has been developed in strict compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal information, including the Spanish Private Data Protection Act (Act 15/1999, of 13 December 1999), (hereunder PDPA) and Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 June approving the regulation on security measures for automated files containing information of a personal nature (hereunder Regulation 994/1999).

Gathering of personal information.

HEPYC does not gather personal information on the users of this website by any means without the user´s consent. Users may visit and browse the site anonymously if they so wish.

HEPYC shall only keep personal information of users who voluntarily furnish said information through the website, using the mechanisms provided for this purpose (registration forms, e-mail communications with HEPYC, etc.). Only when users so wish, and in all cases voluntarily, they may furnish their personal information to HEPYC.

Said information, furnished voluntarily by the user may be included in an automated file, registered under the ownership of HEPYC. Users who furnish their personal information to HEPYC consequently expressly consent to its being processed for the purposes of HEPYC´s providing them with its business services.

However, said access will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of the PDPA regarding third-party access to information.
The HEPYC server has a certificate issued by an international certification authority (Thawte). This certificate guarantees that you are really connected to HEPYC, and that any data transmitted is encrypted. Purpose of data processing.

Any personal information voluntarily furnished by the user will be used solely for the specific purpose expressly set out in the form used for gathering the information and shall in all cases be for licit purposes related to HEPYC’s business activities. It shall be treated with absolute confidentiality and used only for the purposes for which it was gathered, which were expressly stated to the user when it was gathered.

Users who voluntarily furnish their information to HEPYC via this website expressly agree that the personal information may be used for sending commercial information on new developments, products and services from HEPYC, in strict compliance with the provisions on commercial communications under current legislation governing IT services.

Assignment of information.
