Due to the importance our distributors attach to having trained personnel for the sale of cutting tools, Hepyc has developed customised training courses for our clients' technical and sales personnel.
The courses are led by Hepyc technical-sales personnel on the client's premises. Each training session lasts 3 or 4 hours and provides the theoretical and practical knowledge required for the sale of cutting tools and troubleshooting for problems that may arise during the machining process.
These training sessions can be capped by a visit to the factory where participants see the cutting tool production in situ from beginning to end.
The result is a commercial network prepared and motivated for professional and technical sales of cutting tools.
